Andrew Price
Inspire Mgt was founded in 2014 by Andrew Price to help law firms set strategic targets, improve performance and increase profit. For 20 years Andrew has been working within professional services both as a lawyer, law firm CEO/COO, and legal management consultant.
Andrew is an ‘Expert Certified’ Management Consultant and Australia’s first Foundation Level Accredited Change Manager with the Change Management Institute. He has presented around the world on law firm strategy and execution, law firm profitability, and how law firms can deal with the rapidly changing legal market.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM), Bachelor of Laws (Hons), MBA, and a Grad Diploma of Applied Law. He was the winner of the Practice Manager of the Year award at the Lawyers Weekly Australasian Law Awards in 2012 and 2013. He has also written many articles and provided commentary for legal and insurance publications including Lawyers Weekly, Australian Legal Business Magazine (ALB), Insurance News, and he has been featured in ‘Legal Leaders’ of Australian Legal Business. He also maintains his practising certificate with the NSW Law Society.
